Online Reporting
Know which vehicles fill at each location, which driver used your card, and if there are any discrepancies in your fleets normal fueling activities by accessing the Fleet Commander Online website. This site gives you complete reporting on the cards activities including exception reports.
Flexible Terms
Your terms are based on the credit that is offered to you on your card. This can range from invoicing every 7 days to invoicing every month. Once your credit allowance is established, our account representatives will work with you to establish your payment terms.
Card Controls
With prompts for Driver ID, Vehicle ID, or PIN you will gain more control over your fuel purchases. You can also limit the spending and products that can be purchased with each of your cards. Keep track of your fuel expenses and insure that your fuel program is not abused.
